Went for a @Zomato '#Foodie Meet-up' at The #Noodle Monkey. The #food was quite decent and as the owner put it - "this place is for #hungry people". Athula kept us entertained with his 'Foodie Quizzes' and #SriLanka Quiz which were both educative as well. The best presented #Koththu I've come across! Found a new restaurant in #MountLavinia named the "Street Cafe". The name had a literal meaning since you could walk up from Hotel Road to the Galle road through the cafe making it a street of sorts. They had an enthusiastic Indian Chef who had whipped up quite a tasty Koththu, grated and battered leeks on top, sprinkled with Papadam pieces and Soy sauce with some garnish and a garlic paste. #Foodie #SriLanka #SriLankanFood Follow @mevanpeiris on Instagram
