The best presented #Koththu I've come across! Found a new restaurant in #MountLavinia named the "Street Cafe". The name had a literal meaning since you could walk up from Hotel Road to the Galle road through the cafe making it a street of sorts. They had an enthusiastic Indian Chef who had whipped up quite a tasty Koththu, grated and battered leeks on top, sprinkled with Papadam pieces and Soy sauce with some garnish and a garlic paste. #Foodie #SriLanka #SriLankanFood Follow @mevanpeiris on Instagram
